Mümtaz Soysal (born 1929 in Zonguldak, Turkey) is a Turkish politician. He served as Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey in 1994. He was a member of the Social Democratic People's Party (SHP). He is the founder and the leader of the Turkish Independent Republican Party (BCP) since 2004. He married Sevgi Soysal.
